- Mark Mc Added January 27, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I merely walked in to drop a specimen off at around 12:00 Noon, (not really rush hour, there was noone in the facility apart from 2 staff. Before I could say a word I got barked at to get seat! Surely not the reception I had been used to at the other facility I use in Batemans Bay opposite the hospital. I had experienced this previously at this place, where a little old lady took it as her tower of power, she was the Boss and that was it!. Never will go back to this place again Mrs. N.
- Tex Smith Added January 26, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cranky moody little old lady. Very unhelpful, had no time or patients for giving assistance or helping me. Very unprofessional. I will not go back there, they're likely to stick you in the eye with a red hot poker iron.

SouthernIML Pathology come to my place to do my blood tests etc. Nat who is the mobile pathologist is so amazing. Not once has her injections hurt or has she had to go digging and I am usually hard to find the correct spot to hit. I can not recommend this place high enough.
